We are currently seeking a new team member for our support engineer group. Candidates should have extensive experience managing enterprise Windows networks.

Basic Function/Responsibilities

  • Handle Tier 2 escalations and tickets
  • Evaluate and resolve service tickets in a detailed manner for customer issues
  • Management and monitoring of client servers, networks, and backups
  • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Required Experience

  • Must have extensive experience and demonstrate knowledge of personal computers, servers, network administration, including but not limited to: Windows 10 Pro, Windows Server 2016 & 2019, Remote Desktop Servers, Active Directory,  Advanced Routing & Switching, VLANS and QoS, Enterprise Firewalls (Specifically Cisco/Meraki), Virtualization Technology including Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware, the OSI model, Wi-Fi, VOIP, etc.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
  • 4 years+ experience working in a Windows environment
