Local Doctor's Office

A large Doctors office wanted to convert to medical records from paper to electronic and to streamline the office’s communications. SJRTI responded by providing a new Avaya IP based phone system, faster computers, wall mounted monitors in the patient rooms for x-ray viewing and new network cabling. SJRTI even coordinated the software vendors installing a custom practice management system along with being HIPPA compliant. Even though the project was quite large SJRTI was able to complete it in off hours removing the conflict from the clients day to day operation.

Machias Manufacturer

S.J. Rollins Technologies was recently involved in a fast paced project to add capability to a local manufacturing facilty. The facility had a very tight two week time window to add three servers with redundancy, cable a new facilty, add 23 user voip phone system, 12 workstation and supply and program cisco routers with dual internet failover. The project was done in the very tight time window and allowed the company to incease production in record time.

Bangor College

We recently added projection equipment to local classrooms. The project included wiring, mounting and providing a quality installation for adding multimedia to this colleges offerings. Multiple technicians were dispatched to provide a fast clean installation so classes would not be interupted.

S.J. Rollins Technologies recently installed Voip phone system for local auto parts sales center. the company processes hundreds and sometimes thousands of calls per day. The system needed to be implemented and installed over a weekend and be up and running for business monday morning. Complex call routing and voicemail capabilities were required as well as rack mounting of equipment.
