We’re looking for a Help Desk Trainee to provide support to our client base. This is an entry-level position with extensive on the job training. We know that you will have limited experience in IT, but you should have customer service skills, and be passionate about technology and helping people.
Responsibilities (After 3-4 Months):
- Respond to customer issues and successfully resolve tier 1 tickets
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
- Process new user on-boarding through account creation, hardware provisioning, and customer communication
- Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate, both verbal and written, to a wide audience
- Proven problem solving ability
