Senior System Administrator

We are currently looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our team. You should have extensive experience managing enterprise Windows networks.

Responsibilities:

• Management, configuration, and operation of client infrastructure
• Assist lower level technicians to build their knowledge and experience
• Respond to customer issues and successfully resolve all but the most difficult tickets
• Work with other System Administrators and Engineers to lead projects
• Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
• 5+ years experience maintaining a Windows environment
• Able to provide clients with complete IT solutions
• Able to identify business problems that can be solved with technology and propose and implement solutions
• Mastery of major IT technologies
