We are currently looking for a System Administrator to join our team. You should have extensive experience managing enterprise Windows networks.
Responsibilities:
- Management, configuration, and operation of client infrastructure
- Assist lower level technicians to build their knowledge and experience
- Respond to customer issues and successfully resolve tier 2 tickets and escalations
- Maintain communication with assigned clients
- Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
- 3-5 years experience maintaining a Windows environment
- Working knowledge of all major IT technologies
- Able to install most networking and server hardware without assistance
