We are currently looking for a Technical Team Leader to join our team.  You will take ownership of a group of clients to ensure we are providing quality solutions which make them more efficient, stable, and secure.  You will oversee all of the work performed by your team, and be responsible for training and personal/career betterment of each team member.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with teams’ customers
  • Ensure customers data and network security is maintained with industry best practices
  • Design, quote, and implement solutions to solve customers’ problems
  • Manage the lifecycle of customers infrastructure, hosted solutions, and budgets
  • Perform and lead projects while integrating other teams and resources as required
  • Leadership and training of team
  • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background
  • You are highly relational and enjoy working with and leading others
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to business leaders
  • You are able to successfully design and implement IT solutions for customers
  • You have a commitment to continuous improvement of business processes
  • You are business minded
